Bowery Reservations

The Pavilions/Gazebo can be reserved for public use.  Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis, and can be scheduled by calling City Hall.  Fees are as follows:

Any park (except: Jensen Nature Park & Legacy Park), party of 150 people or more $75.00 for the first 4 hours, $10.00 per each additional hour $125.00 for the first 4 hours, $20.00 per each additional hour
Jensen Nature Park

$50.00 per hour, $300.00 for an entire day

$100.00 per hour, $500.00 for an entire day
Legacy Park  $50.00 per hour, $150.00 for an entire day $100.00 per hour, $300.00 for an entire day 

***All reservations shall be made in person at the Syracuse City Community Center.  A credit card will be required at the time of reservation.

***To cancel a reservation, a seven working day advance notice is required to receive a full refund minus a $5.00 handling fee.  If a cancellation is made with less than seven working days, only 50% of the reservation will be refunded.  If cancellation is made with less than three working days, no refund will be given.

***A $50.00 minimum fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation when rented facilities are not left in the condition in which they were found.

 Old Emigration Trail

The Old Emigrant Road started at Salt Lake City, and ended at the City of the Rocks, Idaho, where it formed a junction with the California Trail.  This road was also known as Bluff Road, Old Traveled Road, and the Salt Lake Cutoff... Most of the emigrant travel was done during the summer months.  It took them about eight days to go from Salt Lake City the City of Rocks in Idaho.


Antelope Island State Park

 Syracuse City is the gateway to Antelope Island State Park. The park offers many recreational activities and facilities including beaches, showers, grills, hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails, visitor center, art displays, exhibits, gift shop, and the historic Fielding Garr Ranch.
