You may request a copy of your own Utah criminal history between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays.
There is a $10.00 fee at the time of the application. You must bring a state or federal government issued photo identification. You may only request a copy of your own record and only the Utah criminal history files will be checked.

Letter of Good Conduct
Syracuse Police will provide a letter of conduct to obtain a visa, provided the citizen has no criminal history. Requestor must bring in a valid picture identification. Missionaries going to foreign countries often will need this letter. Please be advised that some letters require a notary; therefore, we ask that you give us 24 hours to complete your request.
